Fasig-Tipton sponsoring July sale kickoff

As part of its promotional efforts for the 2010 Kentucky July sale of selected yearlings, Fasig-Tipton Co. will sponsor activities at four major racetracks—Belmont Park, Churchill Downs, Hollywood Park, and Monmouth Park—during the July 4 weekend.

On both Saturday, July 3, and Sunday, July 4, Fasig-Tipton representatives will be present at each track to promote the July sale with extensive onsite marketing; hospitality areas with food, drink and sales literature; and paddock access and trackside race viewing for owners and trainers.

“It is a natural fit for us to be promoting our July sale this upcoming Fourth of July weekend at four of America’s greatest racetracks,” Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning said. “Our July sale graduates continue to win the country’s biggest races, the types of races that are run on weekends such as this one. Fasig-Tipton is very proud to be working with these racetracks to offer this unprecedented coast-to-coast promotion.”

The Fasig-Tipton July sale of selected yearlings is scheduled for July 13-14 at Newtown Paddocks in Lexington. To access the catalog online, click here.

Fantastic to see Fasig Tipton leading the way in innovative marketing ideas to help the racing industry as a whole.
