A Maria’s Mon colt turned in the fastest one-furlong breeze on Saturday in the first of two under-tack shows for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co.’s June sale of two-year-olds in training and horses of racing age.

Consigned by Ciaran Dunne’s Wavertree Stables Inc., agent, the dark bay or brown colt drilled the distance in :10 on the all-weather Safetrack surface at the OBSC sales complex in Ocala. The two-year-old Maria’s Mon colt is out of the Boston Harbor mare Colonial Cat.

A two-year-old City Place colt worked three furlongs in :33.80 to record the fastest move at the distance. Consigned by W. D. North Thorougbreds, agent, the bay colt is out of the Souvenir Copy mare A Gold Moment.

Three two-year-olds tied for the fastest quarter-mile breeze. A Songandaprayer colt, named Fullofsong, an Artax filly, named Liberty Lace, and a More Than Ready colt each breezed two furlongs in :21.20.

Consigned by Harris Training Center, Fullofsong is a half brother to Grade 3-placed winner Tactical Side and is out of the winning Topsider mare Sweet Side.

Out of the winning Distinctive Pro mare Worlsigold, Liberty Lace is from the consignment of Southern Cypress Stable, agent.

Consigned by Randy Miles, agent, the More Than Ready colt is a half brother to stakes-placed winner Inomuff and is out of the Forty Niner mare Access, a full sister to Grade 1 winner Nine Keys.

A Northern Afleet colt worked a half-mile in :47.20, the fastest drill at the distance. Consigned by True South, agent, he is out of the Al Mamoon mare Deep Blue Skies, a half sister to champion Phone Chatter.
