Genuine Devotion to be sold at Fasig-Tipton November
James Barry's Grade 3 winner Genuine Devotion (Ire) will be offered for sale at the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky selected fall mixed sale on November 2.
The bay filly will be consigned by Crossroads Sales Agency, agent.
Genuine Devotion is undefeated in her past four starts, including a win in the Locust Grove Handicap (G3) on July 6 at Churchill Downs. By Rock of Gibraltar (Ire), Genuine Devotion is out of the Black Tie Affair (Ire) mare Starlight Dreams, who also has produced two-time Group 1 winner Mastercraftsman as well as a Danehill Dancer filly who topped the second session of the Goffs Million yearling sale on Tuesday at $1,408,099 (1-million euros).
Mastercraftsman is under consideration for a start in the Qatar Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere-Grand Criterium (Fr-G1) on October 5 at Longchamp.
Genuine Devotion is in light training with Kiaran McLaughlin.
