Yes It’s True colt, Stormin Fever filly shine at OBSC breeze show

A Yes It’s True colt and a Stormin Fever filly drilled one furlong in :10 on Tuesday, the fastest moves at the distance during the first of four under-tack shows for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co.’s spring sale of two-year-olds in training.

Niall Brennan Stables, agent, consigned the Yes It’s True colt, who is out of Grade 2-placed stakes winner Frenchglen, by Forestry.

The Stormin Fever filly is from the consignment of Becky Thomas’s Sequel Bloodstock, agent. The filly is out of stakes-placed winner First Class Donna, by Taylor’s Special. First Class Donna is a half sister to multiple stakes winners Charlie You Know and Rockabye Joshua.

Triple Honor, a Double Honor colt consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, agent, worked two furlongs in :21, Tuesday’s fastest quarter-mile drill. The dark bay or brown colt is out of the winning Honor Grades mare Cool Grades.

Ms Drama Queen, a Valid Expectations filly, covered three furlongs in :33.80 to record Tuesday’s fastest three-furlong breeze. Consigned by Sescan, agent, Ms Drama Queen is out of the winning Souvenir Copy mare Copy Queen.

Hips one through 346 breezed on Tuesday, and will be offered on the first day of the sale on April 21. Hips 347 to 690 will breeze on Wednesday and be offered on April 22. Each of the four under-tack shows starts at 9 a.m. EDT.

The four-day sale, which features a catalog of 1,381 horses, continues through April 24. Sale sessions begin at 10:30 a.m.
