A total of 691 horses have been cataloged for the two-day Fasig-Tipton Midlantic December mixed sale that begins on Sunday in Timonium.The first day's session features 334 broodmares, broodmare prospects, and stallion prospects. Mares in-foal to Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) winners Alphabet Soup and Concern and classic winners Louis Quatorze, Spectacular Bid, and Victory Gallop will be among the offerings.

The second day is divided among horses of other ages. The first 264 horses in the second day catalog are weanlings by such sires as Concern, Spectacular Bid, and Victory Gallop. The next 43 are yearlings, with the remaining 48 being horses of racing age.
