Philadelphia Park changes name to Parx Racing

Philadelphia Park has changed its name to Parx Racing, aligning it with Parx Casino housed at the Pennsylvania track.

The casino opened in 2006 and changed its name to Parx Casino in 2009.

Both the track and casino are owned by Greenwood Racing.

Sounds lame. Should have stayed with Philadelphia Park.
