Sheikh Mohammed purchases Jealous Again

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum has purchased United States-based Jealous Again, who romped to a five-length triumph under John Velasquez in the Queen Mary Stakes (Eng-G2) on June 17 at Royal Ascot.

The two-year-old Trippi filly, trained by Wesley Ward, will return to Europe, Sheikh Mohammed’s bloodstock adviser, John Ferguson, told Racing Post.

Ferguson added that no decision has been made as to whether Jealous Again will join Sheikh Mohammed’s Godolphin operation.

“Nothing has been decided, and we are in the process of sorting things out,” he said of future plans for Jealous Again, winner of two of three career starts and runner-up in the Kentucky Juvenile Stakes (G3) in April at Churchill Downs.
