Brisnet, Hello Race Fans launch marketing initiative

Bloodstock Research Information Services (BRIS), creators of data products for the horse racing industry, and Hello Race Fans, an online media company focused on horse racing information and fan education, have launched a strategic marketing agreement.
 
As part of the agreement, Brisnet.com handicapping information will be contextually integrated into editorial initiatives on HelloRaceFans.com and Raceday360.com, including the exclusive positioning of Brisnet.com as the “preferred past performance provider.”
 
“Data always provides greater insight, whether it's highlighting a historical accomplishment or illuminating a nuance of handicapping,” said Dana Byerly, Hello Race Fans co-founder. “Our partnership with Brisnet.com allows us to provide a deeper context in all of our editorial endeavors.”

In addition, Brisnet.com will promote information from Hello Race Fans to new members, while Hello Race Fans will incorporate Brisnet.com promotion within its Derby Prep Alert email newsletters. Both companies will utilize their social media reach for cross-promotion.
 
“Learning to handicap horse races can be a daunting task, but interacting with all of the information available helps make any level of fan more comfortable with the process.” said Brisnet Director of Marketing Ed DeRosa. “As the official data source to the Kentucky Derby and TwinSpires.com, Brisnet.com prides itself on providing the best information to some of the sport’s most elite properties, and we’re thrilled to welcome Hello Race Fans into that fold.”
