Weather forces cancellations at three tracks

Cold weather and snowy conditions forced the cancellation of live racing at Aqueduct, Oaklawn Park, and Laurel Park on Saturday.

The Laurel, Maryland, area was expecting between four and six inches of snow while extreme cold forced the Jamaica, New York, track to cancel after the third race on Saturday.

Oaklawn in Hot Springs, Arkansas, was canceled for a second straight day on Saturday due to a downed power pole in the area caused by a winter storm. Racing was also canceled on Sunday.
