Equibase unveils new horse search feature

Equibase Co. unveiled a new horse search feature on its website, www.equibase.com, which consolidates and presents current racing and pedigree information on a particular horse.

The search will provide a horse’s entry to a race, free race charts and race replays, workouts, race record, and links to related Equineline products.

“This latest information on equibase.com will undoubtedly enhance the user experience for serious horseplayers and casual fans alike,” said Alan Marzelli, Equibase Co. chairman. “It is also a perfect complement to the Jockey Club’s free Tattoo Identification Services and will serve as a valuable tool for potential owners who are considering retraining and second careers for off-the-track Thoroughbreds.”
