YOUBET.COM WAS PURCHASED BY CHURCHILL DOWNS INC.

Churchill Downs Inc. and Betfair appear poised to lead the growing U.S. advance-deposit wagering market after Betfair purchased Television Games Network for $50-million in January and Churchill’s pending $126.8-million purchase of Youbet.com announced in November which will add customers to its Twinspires.com platform.
