David Nathanson has been promoted to president of Television Games Network (TVG), which Macrovision Solutions Corp. recently acquired.

Nathanson had served as TVG’s general manager since October 2005. In his new job, Nathanson will report directly to Fred Amoroso, Macrovision’s chief executive officer.

“I take great pride in the work we’ve been able to accomplish to date at TVG,” Nathanson said. “It would be an understatement to say that our success has been anything less than a team effort.”
