No changes in NTRA poll after light weekend
With only a smattering of prep races over the weekend for the upcoming Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships, the National Thoroughbred Racing Association poll remained unchanged.
Pacific Classic Stakes (G1) winner Came Home stayed on top and earned eight of a possible 22 first-place votes and 167 total points.
The remainder of the poll was Medaglia d'Oro (four first-place votes, 163 points), Azeri (five, 153), Xtra Heat (one, 107), War Emblem (two, 98), Farda Amiga (56), Evening Attire (49), Orientate (44), Beat Hollow (40), and Sky Mesa (28).
