The recent shutdown of ports along the West Coast has forced Bay Meadows to postpone the Seabiscuit bobblehead giveaway scheduled for Saturday.

Bay Meadows plans to reschedule the promotion but will not announce a date until the items have been delivered. A temporary injunction to reopen the ports from San Diego to Seattle was granted by a federal judge on Tuesday.
