The Xalapa Training Center, a 534-acre facility located near Paris, Kentucky, was put up for sale on Thursday at an advertised price of $3.2-million.

Owned by the estate of Lillie Webb, the training center is located on a tract of land located alongside Stoner Creek, said Bill Justice of Justice Real Estate. The property includes a 31-stall stone barn, a one-mile training track, and three additional barns with a total of 45 stalls.

The property also features a two-story residence, a duplex, and a log-cabin style home located alongside Stoner Creek.

"The farm is completely boundaried by the Stoner Creek," Justice said. "Looking at it on a map, the land looks like a hand, in fact for a long time it's been called the hand tract."—Tom Law
