AmWest Entertainment launches Dubai World Cup blog

Kentucky-based wagering company AmWest Entertainment, which will simulcast the $26-million Dubai World Cup (UAE-G1) card on March 27 across North and South America and the Caribbean, has created a blog that will contain news, trainer insights, workouts, jockey assignments, and more for the richest day in Thoroughbred racing history.

The Dubai World Cup program, which will consist of seven Thoroughbred races, will take place at the new Meydan Racecourse. Post time for the first race, the $1-million Emirates NDB Al Quoz Sprint (UAE-G3), will be at 9:20 a.m. EDT, and the signature event, the $10-million Emirates Airline Dubai World Cup (UAE-G1), is set to be run at 1:45 p.m. EDT.
