Haras Firmamento’s homebred Bouclette Glory stamped herself  one of Argentina’s top two-year-old fillies on dirt with a dominant victory on Saturday at Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo in the Gran Premio Saturnino J. Unzue (Arg-G1), the first Group 1 event of the season for two-year-old fillies.

A seven-length winner of the Clasico Carlos Casares (Arg-G2) on Palermo's five-furlong straightaway on February 2, the promising two-year-old Honour and Glory filly carried her speed another furlong and stretched her talent around one turn under Peruvian jockey Edwin Talaverano. Bouclette Glory posted a one-length win over Haras Santa Maria de Araras’ impressive five-length maiden winner Savoir Bien.

Sent off as the favorite in the eight-horse field, Bouclette Glory completed 1,200 meters (5.97 furlongs) in 1:08.76 for her third victory in four career starts.

Bouclette Glory is the first foal out of the winning Fitzcarraldo mare Bouclette Fitz.
