Stolen Heart rallied gamely to land her first stakes victory on Sunday in the 102nd running of the Clasico Polla de Potrancas (Chi-G1) at Club Hipico de Santiago.

The Clasico Polla de Potrancas, along with the Clasico Polla de Potrillos (Chi-G1) for colts, which was won by Devenir on August 15, comprise the first leg of the track's Quadruple Crown series, which awards a horse that sweeps the series a $500,000 bonus.

Part of a four-horse Haras Don Alberto entry, Stolen Heart raced in fourth early in a spread out field of 16 three-year-old fillies before closing with a rush under right-hand urging from Jaime Medina on the far outside.

Stolen Heart prevailed by a head in 1:41.92 for 1,700 meters (8.45 furlongs) on firm turf. Runner-up Azizah, third-place finisher Gitana de Cristal, and Cuchurita crossed the wire in a blanket finish, while favorite Pretty Cat gave way in the stretch and faded to fifth.

A Haras Don Alberto homebred, the three-year-old Stuka filly is trained by Gerardo Silva.

Stolen Heart earned her first career win in July and subsequently captured a 1,300-meter (6.46-furlong) allowance race on turf. She entered the Polla de Potrancas off an eighth-place finish in the Gran Premio Criadores Dorama (Chi-G2) on August 1.

Out of the Stagecraft (GB) mare Stolen Woman, Stolen Heart is expected to face males in her next start in the Clasico Nacional Ricardo Lyon (Chi-G1) on October 5.
