Again rallied to her third consecutive victory with a win in the $440,130 Moyglare Stud Stakes (Ire-G1) on Sunday at the Curragh, and trainer David Wachman believes the best is yet to come for the talented two-year-old filly.

"She's really a horse for next year because she's still big and weak—she's going to make an exciting three-year-old,” Wachman told England’s Press Association.

Again was reserved in midpack by jockey Seamus Heffernan in the 12-horse field and launched her winning bid with about two furlongs remaining. The bay Danehill Dancer filly responded willingly when called upon, seized command from runner-up Shimah inside the final furlong, and edged away to prevail by a half-length.

Sent off as the 3-to-2 favorite, Again completed seven furlongs in 1:28.80 on turf rated as soft.

Owned by Michael Tabor, Again won a one-mile maiden race at the Curragh on July 27 and entered the Moyglare Stud Stakes off a three-length win in the Ballygallon Stud Debutante Stakes (Ire-G2) on August 17 at Leopardstown.

"She's a nice filly and Seamie [Heffernan] gave her a great ride,” Wachman told England’s Press Association. “I was very concerned this run may have come a bit too quickly for her, but she did it really nicely.”

Shimah, who entered off a three-length win in the Balanchine Saoire Stakes on June 27 at the Curragh, was 2½ lengths clear of third-place finisher Beyond Our Reach.

A Kentucky-bred Storm Cat filly, Shimah was sent off as the second choice in the Moyglare Stud Stakes for owner-breeder Shadwell Farm.

Bred in Ireland by Southern Bloodstock, Again is out of the unraced Kahyasi mare Cumbres, a half sister to European champion and leading sire Monjeu (Ire).
