Stevie Wonderboy to shuttle to Chile

Stevie Wonderboy, winner of the 2005 Bessemer Trust Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1), will shuttle to Liliana Solari’s Haras Don Alberto in Chile for the upcoming Southern Hemisphere season
The six-year-old by Stephen Got Even out of Heat Lightning, by Summer Squall, entered stud in 2008 at Airdrie Stud and currently stands the Northern Hemisphere season for $15,000 at the Midway, Kentucky, farm. He will stand at Haras Don Alberto under a one-year lease agreement.
Stevie Wonderboy won three of six career starts and earned $1,058,940 in two racing seasons. In addition to the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile, he captured the Del Mar Futurity (G2) and was voted the season’s champion two-year-old male. He placed second in the 2006 San Rafael Stakes (G2) in his only start as a three-year-old.
