First foal for Rockport Harbor born in Ontario

Windfields Farm in Ontario has the first reported foal by multiple graded stakes winner Rockport Harbor, who stands at Darley in Lexington for $20,000.

The bay colt was born on January 6 and is the first foal out of the unraced four-year-old Cat Thief mare Cat Lea.

Rockport Harbor, a six-year-old by Unbridled’s Song out of stakes winner Regal Miss Copelan, by Copelan, won the 2004 Remsen (G2) and Nashua (G3) Stakes and the ’06 Essex Handicap (G3). He won five of eight career starts and earned $324,800 in three seasons.
