First New Mexico-bred foal by Gold Case

The first New Mexico-bred foal by Gold Case, winner of the 1996 Old Hickory Stakes and Sugar Bowl Handicap, was born on January 18 at Yellowrose Farm in New Mexico. The chestnut colt is the first foal out of the unraced Golden Missile mare Honey Don’t Stop. Gold Case stands at Mesa Vista Stud for $5,000.
