Unbeaten English classic winner Footstepsinthesand, whose first crop are foals this year, will shuttle to La Mission in Argentina for the upcoming Southern Hemisphere season.

Footstepsinthesand, a five-year-old horse by Giant’s Causeway out of Glatisant (GB), by Rainbow Quest, will ship from Coolmore Stud in Ireland, where he currently stands for $30,415. Footstepsinthesand entered stud in 2005 at Coolmore Australia in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.

Bred in Great Britain by Hascombe and Valiant Studs, Footstepsinthesand won all three of his career starts, including the 2005 Two Thousand Guineas (Eng-G1) at Newmarket in his sophomore debut and the 2004 Killavullan Stakes (Ire-G3) at Leopardstown.

Trained by Aidan O'Brien, Footstepsinthesand earned $522,962 for owners Michael Tabor and Susan Magnier.
