Mull of Kintyre sold to Capricorn Stud in India

Mull of Kintyre, who stood for Coolmore in 2007 at Ashford Stud in Kentucky, has been sold to Capricorn Stud Farm in India.

The sire of Irish classic winner Araafa, Mull of Kintyre covered 68 mares at an advertised fee of $10,000 in 2007.

A Group 2 winner in Ireland for owners Susan Magnier and Michael Tabor, the ten-year-old by Danzig out of Retrospective, by Easy Goer, previously stood at Coolmore Stud in County Tipperary.

Through Sunday, Mull of Kintyre sired four stakes winners from 110 winners and 263 starters who earned $3,601,612.
