CTBA to conduct seasons auction on Tuesday
With proceeds slated to benefit its political action committee that supports legislative relief for the state's Thoroughbred industry, the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association will conduct an Internet auction of seasons to California-based stallions on Tuesday.
Among the offerings are seasons to to Cee's Tizzy, sire of Horse of the Year and two-time Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) winner Tiznow, and to multiple Grade 1 winner Free House, whose first offspring are yearlings of 2002.
A total of 29 seasons will be sold on a no-guarantee basis.
