He stood his first seven seasons at Jonabell Farm near Lexington.

"It has been a while since I have seen my boy," Levy said. "He came right up to me. and boy he looks good."

He is also the sire of stakes winners Midnight Bet, Morluc, Reserve Your Heart, Camella, Sweet Baby James, Chelsie's House, and Houseafire.

Housebuster was named champion sprinter in 1990 and '91 and won 15 of 22 career starts for $1,229,696 in earnings. He won 14 stakes events during his career, including the 1991 Carter Handicap (G1) and Vosburgh Stakes (G1) and the '90 Jerome Handicap (G1).

"My son wanted to buy him and bring him back sooner, but I didn't think we stood a chance of getting him," Levy said. "He is a great addition to the Mid-Atlantic region."
