Contender Status

Lady Sprinter was dominant in the sprint division in Argentina and the decision was made to try the multiple Group 1 winner in the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Sprint (G1).

The Kentucky-bred filly arrived in the United States in July and is currently working on the all-weather surface at Santa Anita Park, site of this year's Breeders' Cup.

"She has done everythingright since arriving here and is getting accomodated to the tight turns," said trainer John Reviriego.
